tabhost vs sliding panels

Hi all,
my project is using tabhost, no probelem,(thanks for all the info!:sign0104 but then I saw sliding panels which look great.
What I would like to do is use the existing pages/panels from the tabhost as sliding panels rather than create the sliding panels in code as per the example.
Is it possible to have something like a slidingpanelhost then add the panels the same way as that is done the tabhost.
Looking at the scripts for auto resize is that another good reason to create the sliding panles in designer .. or am I missing something?

You could load your existing layouts to the sliding panels, there's a sample there that shows you how it can be done.

..Ok thanks again for the link, managed to add the libraries and have it working, looks like exactly what I wanted.
