Android Question Text field in menu Bar

I was wondering if anyone got an idea to simply add a text field in the menu bar like that :

why not create a panel that holds all views as in the picture?

Thank you Ilan, I had also that idea, but like it is already a menu, I was a little bit lazy thinking maybe of an easy alternative...
