You haven't given listresult any dimension so it has zero elements.
Dim listresult(11) as String Or listresult = Array As String ("A", "B", "C", "D", "F", "G", "H", "I", "J", "K", "L")

You should also move the declaration to Process_Globals, Globals is usually reserved for Activity structures like Views.
