B4J Question TextField with Font MaterialIcons

Is it possible to put a textfield on font MaterialIcons?
It works fine with FontAwesome, but unfortunately I can't get it to work with MaterialIcons.

' TextField1.Font ist set to Default-Font in the Designer
Private Sub Button1_Click
    TextField1.Font = xui.CreateFontAwesome( 14)    'work
    TextField1.Text = Chr(0xF1EB)    'wifi
End Sub

Private Sub Button2_Click
    TextField1.Font = xui.CreateMaterialIcons( 14)    'don't work;  Result is FontAwesome
    TextField1.Text = Chr(0xE63E)    'wifi
End Sub

I'm not sure why it isn't working. It looks like the underlying control doesn't support it.
