Android Question The phone I have 4.3 Android problem

My app worked at home now some parts are not working. I will be getting a Samsung galaxy s5. Will that work better? I'm at work and copy the app program to here I can't. The app is only for me. I will look at my code to see what is happening but the app locks if I'm doing debug a lot

I don't think a new phone will change anything. Probably the issue was hidden before, for some enviromental reason (wi-fi instead of public network, etc..).
