Android Question Theme inside CustomLayoutDialog

i use the follow Code to Set the Theme:

works fine in most case, but inside CustomLayoutDialog always show the "Ligth Theme".
What can i do to change the Theme inside the CustomLayoutDialog??

You should only use this code if you want to allow the user to change the theme at runtime.
Most applications shouldn't use it.
