I just want to print a receipt of items with bar-coded receipt number. I don't care much about printing graphics, what is needed is text and barcode printing

hello,
do you think it is better to follow this tutorial and write <ESC> code functions in code module than wrapping the library?, it is easy to send printer <ESC> codes via serial connection.

The code that you linked to appears to be pretty straight forward, when I get back to my house I'll have I proper look at it for you. ESC codes are pretty simple via serial(RS232), Bluetooth and WiFi/LAN. With Erels inline C code integration is should be pretty simple to incorporate the above linked code into your B4R project.

I don't have the recommended printer in your link to test code on Arduino (positive, negative and three extra connection to the Arduino via the Adafruit library), but I'll see if I can send standard EPSON ESC codes to one of my printers from an Arduino. Either way I'll let you know on Monday.

I have two models from Brightek WH-A7, it is very semilar to Adafruit and Sparkfun models, and the other one is WH-AB
