If 19" wheels did 400,000 rpm - you'd be driving at 22,348.48 mph, a slight bump in the road and you'd be on your way to the ISS at escape velocity

my calculation gives 1062 rpm

calculation:
60 mp/h = 1 mp/m
1mile = 160934 cm
19" * pi = 151.61 cm
160934/151.61 = ~1062 rpm

Things are certainly different with the advent of Bing Chat now, I find it hard to believe it's the same AI.
If I didn't know better I could easily be convinced it's a person you are talking to when chatting with it.
I am really impressed at it's ability to detect subtle nuances in phrases, forget about typos they don't impede it's logic in the slightest.
Plus it doesn't always have to look up answers, I played a game with it (well several actually).
I told it I would give a brief synopsis and I wanted it to name the film
things like
glasses, owl, two best friends => Harry Potter
burning motorcycle, chain, evil => Ghost Rider
Then I tried tv shows
spaceship, transparent robot, rail launch => Fireball XL5
then phrases from tv shows
'This time next year we'll be millionaires' => Only Fools and Horses

It got most on the first guess but some I had to give an extra hint like 'many years before that' in response to it's answer.

All in all really impressed.

If you haven't tried the Bing chat yet you really should it's an eye opener as to what can be done.

1062 / 60 = 17,7 rpm

19" wheel usually refers to the rim size, typical tyre diameter is about 22", which would put it closer to 900 rpm
yes you are right.

calculation:
60 mp/h = 1 mp/m
1mile = 160934 cm
19" * pi = 151.61 cm
160934/151.61 = ~1062 rpm -> [ rph ]

1062 / 60 = 17,7 rpm
why hour?

if you take 1 mile that is the speed for 1 minute and divide that with the wheel size then why you want go back to 60 miles?

1062 rounds per minute and not hour. of course if you take the real wheel size with the tire than it will be less. but what i wanted to say is why is the AI giving an answer in a range? why not give the correct answer since it is a very simple calculation. i guess because the question was incorrect. giving the wheel size in inches without giving the tire definition is the reason why the AI gave a not precise answer. but what is really fascinating is that the question was how fast rotate a 19" wheel ... and it automatically understood that it doesnot include the tire because when we talk about wheel size it means the wheel without tire but this is how human talk not computers. so this is really impressive.

if you wonder how ChaGPT really works than this is what really happens behind the scenes

So it really is CheatGPT, not ChatGPT
