Thread tags v/s thread folder

I was looking for Haptic touch on the forum, but I was leaving behind everye post that had a green B4A tag

The thing is that whe you enter that post, it turns out to be under iOS questions?. Are tags automatic regarding the forum topic (I mean the basic one indicating the product type)
