Android Question Toast Notifications over LockScreen/Dialer Window [SOLVED]

I have seen that Bixby App from Samsung displays toast notifications above the dialer/Lockscreen during a call.
(I am aware that for a not market app user needs to manually set permission SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW) with API > 23
Would it be possible to set similar permissions to the toast notifications or it doesn't support that property?

Toast messages do not require any special permission. They should show even if the app is not visible.

Yes. Thanks. It was not working beacuse SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW permission needs to requested again at runtime.
