someone has already developed or plan to develop a system for the collection form of information management and surveys, similar to Google Forms?

It would be interesting to develop a module to create Web forms and turn them into tabular data to use for statistics on an independent and autonomous system.

I think B4J has the potential to develop this web tool.

Interested too, but complicated, I tried to begin inspections forms app a year ago, and no time to finish in the delay, so we use a commercial solution : iAuditor...
