Transparency not supported in device

Using a transparent image (GIF or PNG) in an image control displays as expected in desktop, that is, transparent parts of the image show the Image control's color. However the same compiled application in device renders the image without transparency.

B4P code is attached (test.sbp) along with the image file used (test.gif) within the zip file (test.zip).

The Compact Framework does not support alpha values in images and so does not support transparency. Download my http://www.b4x.com/forum/additional-libraries/3171-imagelibex-library.html and read the "Alpha blending overview" topic in the help.
