B4J Question Treeview - add and remove children

Hi all,
I am trying to get acquainted with the Treeview.

I have created a simple treeview using some times as the first level. This is created when the form loads.
06:30
07:30
08:30
etc.....

I am trying to add the following after the initial treeview has been completed

1) new first time levels ie 20:30
2) children of the time ie 20:30 - item 1
- item 2 etc..
3) remove both first time levels and also children of the time.

Is there a simple tutorial anywhere? or does anyone have a simple example.

I had already looked at the tutorial you suggested.
I was looking for some more information on adding and removing child nodes once the tree was created.
