Troubles with serial connexion at 4800 Bauds

Hi there,

I have problems with this code (based on the sample SerialTerminal)
ONLY at 4800 bauds with GPS on the two platforms (Desktop and Pocket)

I suspect bug in serial2.dll

If someone can take a look at this
