I have successfully paired and have deployed android applications using B4A and the associated bluetooth library for mobile POS applications using bluetooth credit card readers/printers.
I am now trying to use a USB OTG (on-the-go) cables and a magnetic card reader to pass the info from the reader onto the android device. But unfortunately I am not getting any input from the magnetic card reader.
The OTG adapter can successfully detect and instantly use the keyboard, mouse, usb flash drive, printer, etc. Everything BUT the most important component, the usb magnetic card reader.
The default settings regarding the magnetic card reader are as follows: 9600 baud, 8-N-1 format.
I have tried using the supplied demo APK by agraham, http://www.b4x.com/forum/additional...serial-library-2-0-supports-more-devices.html
