i can not find hebrew in the list

It seems to be supported!
Found this link a few seconds before:

Hi This is not working - not speaking in hebrew TTS1.SetLanguage("he","il") Any Idea?

Try installing this and setting it as your TTS engine in android settings: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.intu.hebrewtts&hl=en_US&gl=US

I will install this Google Playstore engine on my device and find out how to run a local TTS engine programmatically.
The results will be documented here

Pretty sure you cant set the TTS engine programmatically it has to be done manually in googles tts settings.

@Jamie: Yes You are right! But after setting this engin as default, TTS works pretty good.
Strings provided to the engine must keep real hebrew letters (like "יום טוב")
