Android Question TTS stoped working after starting service for intercepting SMS message

Are you able to play a music file with MediaPlayer after receiving the SMS?

Yes I am able to play musis in Media player after receiving SMS.

BUT

Before receiving SMS is TTS O.K. After receiving SMS, TTS is not working. Then if I go to mediaplayer and I play music and after this I go back to my app and I push button with TTS - EVERYTHING IS OK. Funcionality of TTS is OK after playing music with mediaplayer. You are amazing - why existing this magic? It is possible to solve it, please?

EDIT: i dont understand, but now after manipulating with MediaPlayer and restarting tablet is new situation:
Before receiving SMS is TTS OK. After receive SMS is TTS not functioned and then after short time is TTS automaticaly refreshed - TTS activated with button is functioned - without restarting tablet and without restarting Application. But why it is not functioned immadiately after receiving SMS?

EDIT2: The trouble is, that if I start TTS immadiately after receiving SMS, then TTS is not working and I must restart tablet. The trouble still exists. With MediaPlayer I can play music.The situations described upper are only for situation when TTS is not started immadiately after receiving sms. This trouble is on TABLET. On the phone with Android 8 is TTS working OK.

It sounds like an audio focus issue. Are you able to use TTS after playing something with MediaPlayer?

Yes Erel, I can. Only after receiving SMS I cant use TTS.

Yes, I have tried this on Tablet - It is same situation, TTS is not working in Tablet.

TTS is working on the phone.

Thank you very much for code and possibility - it not solved the situation.

After some tests it looks, that trouble can be because of connection to Google service. I am trying to solve it, but one certain solution is to restart tablet.
