TTS1.Speak 3 attempts and phone number

I am wonder how I can do this
I am using TTS1 the phone number need to be 7 number

so if the user don't get it right the voice speak message
but I need it to change 3 attempts then it start at 1 message

when I use phone number like 5555555 do I need it to have space like
5 5 5 5 5 5 5

if you dont use the spaces the number was spoken as it: Five Million five hunred thousand five hundred fifty five
