I do not know if it is possible. You can however check whether Wifi is available and if not avoid doing and web requests. You can also turn on airplane mode: http://www.b4x.com/forum/basic4andr...y-setting-airplane_mode_on-off.html#post59120

Try the ToggleLibrary.
It has a mobiledataconnection toggle, on and off. However, im not sure if it works on all devices.

Not on mine.
