Bug? UI issues in IDE and Designer

See the below video,Some times there is some issues with the UI of IDE ,I cant recreate this always but it occurs in every 30 minutes.

My Specs

Lenovo B50-70
Intel Core i3 -4030u
RAM-16GB
Windows 10 anniversary Edition

First I thought it might be RAM issue but its not the case now because i have upgarded RAM
look at the cursor to see the UI issues

It looks like a display driver issue / incompatibility with .Net WPF engine. Try to update the display driver.

But I dont have any issues with any other apps,Any way am downloading latest driver for intel HD4400

I think Updating driver solved the issue,havent seen any glitch since then...!
