B4J Question UI Non-UI JAVA and Raspberry Pi

Please can you clarify exactly what the position is with running Apps on the Pi.

I have spent a lot of time writing an App for the Pi using B4j and I have encountered a problem.

When I try to run the App on the Pi I get:

JavaFX runtime components are missing, and are required to run this application

I have read through the forum I find posts that say that the Pi can't run UI Apps..

1. What makes an App a UI App?
2. Can you make the UI App and non UI App so it will run on the Pi?
3. If No, what exactly do I need to do to get my B4j App work on the Pi?
