i need to make a View using UltimateListView library but i need horizontal scroll.

Can I have an example please?

There is an example called "Swipe" in the zip file where is the library and choose the last option "Swipe in any direction = scroll the parent HSV"

Remember if you bought the library and need any assistant you should write an email to @Informatix.
