Other unable to compile in debug mode

How do you connect the device ?
Via USB or B4A-Bridge ?

I am connecting via b4a bridge. In release mode it is connecting and the app getting installed in the device. Only if it is debug mode, I get this error

Do get any error message ?
To check what happens try to use the legacy Debug mode.
Activate the legacy Debug mode here:

Is it possible that you are using Java 6 (Tools - Configure Paths)?

@Erel /yes it is C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_43\bin\javac.exe
what should i do ?

Download and install the latest version of Java: https://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk8-downloads-2133151.html

Then configure the IDE to use the new javac.
