Android Question Unable to load SDk manager

Hi

Last Night format my system and fresh install to B4A ver.11 and install java and etc.but when i open b4a app and click sdk manager but no response.
what's the problem any one pls help...

already use to you send the java link but its coming version compatibility error. im using win-7 SP-1 32 bit...
what the problem i have replay me asap...

1. You don't to run the sdk manager to use B4A. Just download the updated package.
2. You will need to use Oracle Java 8 with a 32 bit computer.
