Hello everyone,
i try to start and AVD with the AVDManager and i got the error: "Error: PANIC: Cannot find AVD system path. Please define ANDROID_SDK_ROOT".
I downloaded the file linked in the installation guide ( Android SDK + Required Resources) and extracted in C:\, set the environment variables but the AVD won't start

By the name of your environment variables, I have the impression that your computer has an AMD processor, although you don't mention it.
If so, you can read this tutorial:

Yess, i forgot, it's a Ryzen 5 3600, but i already follow this guide

Btw i solved the problem and i really feel so dumb.
i just delete the Android folder in C:\, re-extract the SDK file with winrar instead of windows explorer (the same file i downloaded few days ago) and the emulator start immediatly
I think the problem was the explorer, ther're users with the same experience in this and other forums
