Is this possible to prompt a captcha screen when user try to remove the application?

This procedure just wanna prevent user (device belongs to company, not private) to UNINSTALL the application special design for in-house usage.

You could create a user profile and restrict app uninstalls (assuming the devices are running Android 4.2 and above). I haven't really played with those settings, so, take a look and see.

Note that these settings will work only on a WiFi only device.

Only for WiFi devices? That means cannot use on devices like Samsung Galaxy S4.

Android doesn't allow you to do anything special during uninstalls.
