Android Question Uninstall with password

You could create a user profile and restrict app uninstalls (assuming the devices are running Android 4.2 and above). I haven't really played with those settings, so, take a look and see.

Note that these settings will work only on a WiFi only device.

Only for WiFi devices? That means cannot use on devices like Samsung Galaxy S4.

Need to load any specific library?

Android doesn't allow you to do anything special during uninstalls.
