Unrecognized configuration section webServices.

Hi,
I am trying to get a web service to work, but following the advice in other posts to add the following to my web.config file in my asp.net web service ( <webServices>
<protocols>
<add name ="HttpGet"/>
</protocols>
</webServices> after the <system.web> is closed...

I can see I have a sectiongroup(below) to match in my <configsection>... I am lacking knowledge in the web.config section, so any advice would be valued greatly....
