This thread reminded me. B4j packager works great, but, unless I am missing something, to create an update still requires building the entire package and is very large because it includes the entire java runtime. It would be nice if you could build an "update package" that includes only the changed files.
It would be even nicer if you could build a NEW app package that would use the already installed runtime.
The idea would be you could have a root directory containing multiple executables all relying on the same runtime.
