Android Question updated sdk and now my paths are messed up

I updated my android sdk and now find out that my paths are messed up. I get a the zip-align error.

I search through the threads and copied aapt.exe to both \sdk\platform-tools & \sdk\tools without any luck.

I've switch the android jar to the .jar file under Android_L, it was previously pointing to Android_17 platform (I guess this is ok?)
