iOS Question Upload to itunes Connects

Hi,

With the Upload to Itunes Connect do I have to do anything special after uploading?

I see my latest upload in iTunes Connect, do I have to do a submission process again or the app as it is is already submitted and all I should be wating for is for the app to be reviewed?
