a couple of months ago I posted a question about this problem but no-one could could help me, maybe now somebody can :
I used the manifest editor to grant my usb device( FTDI 311D ) usb permission each time I connect it. This works but the problem is that now , each time I connect my device , it automatically starts my program. I do not want this. Can I do something about it ?
