(Super easy to use) (https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentation/raspbian/applications/camera.md) On Raspberry Pi and Linux, you can try gPhoto2, which can connect to any PTP camera. http://gphoto.sourceforge.net/proj/libgphoto2/support.php For both of those solutions, you can use the command line with jShell.
