They provide an REST Api which you can use with okhttputils.

@DonManfred if i use PostFile is it possible to post a json file with requirements of viber ?

I don´t use Viber. But i´m sure you should be able to use their Rest API with okhttputils.

You can search the forum for my Dropbox http class. Here i am using post to post json to Dropbox.
