Can I use Arguments in the Program File?
Are there some examples?

Example - Opens Internet Explorer with Basic4ppc site:

Shell("iexplore.exe","http://www.b4x.com")

Note that if you have spaces in your arguments you should add quotes:

Shell("iexplore.exe",chr(34) & "http://www.b4x.com" & chr(34))
