Android Question Using swipe gesture in app

I wrote 3 similar apps and want to combine them into 1 single app. I know I can create different layouts and and load them onto the screen. Can this be done using a left to right swipe gesture? Starting in the middle swipe left for one screen or swipe right for the other screen.
