iOS Question using the api.ai turns the sound down?

The example program api.ai runs ok, under my program, but later in the program
i use the tts to speak a result.
For some reason the sound is turned very low.

(if i do not use the api.ai program the sound is fine.)

I tried to use the "Phone.SetVolume " but is will not let me use it?
(what lib do I need for this?) or is there a way for the api.ai program to leave
the sound the same?

There is a known bug in iOS 9, that when something interrupts your sound playback (SMS, call) the volume gets automatically lover.
