V1.8 Error

I have just added another service activity to my program and when i installed and run i get an error
it says

android.content.ActivityNotFoundException: Unable to find explicit activity class {WDR.Program/WDR.Program.semail}; have you declared this activity in your AndroidManifest.xml?

I have not had this error before under 1.7

service activity? what is that, a service or an activity?
it looks like you are using StartActivity on a service.

I had copied and pasted my code from a code module to a service and then started it using an Acitivity start command
