It is a bit hard to understand this post. Seems like the only permissions are the INTERNET and WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permissions.

I don't see any reason why a device will not be supported. Have you changed anything in the manifest editor?

This intent filter shouldn't matter. Can you post the exact error message that they get?

The device is a Samsung galaxy 1

Are they using a custom ROM? Maybe this is the cause of this problem.
