hi its possible put #VersionCode: 1.0 or 1.1 ??
my app is 1 later 2 later 3 etc can i use 1.1 version 1.2 for upload to google play market?

The version code should just be a simple whole number. You can use whatever you want for "VersionName" though. Such as:

B4X: 
#VersionCode: 1
#VersionName: 1.0

#VersionCode: 2
#VersionName: 1.1

#VersionCode: 3
#VersionName: 1.2

#VersionCode: 4
#VersionName: 1.2.1

#VersionCode: 5
#VersionName: 1.3
