Android Question view 3ds files

Hi ,
I am civil engineer , and want to view buildings in Android OS .
is there any 3ds library (From 3D Max program) , but 3ds is not only for Autodesk company .
can I use jpct ?

As you can see in the examples of jPCT-AE, it can load a 3ds file.
