Android Question violating the Google Play Developer Program Policies

Hello everyone

two of my apps was removed from google play

the reason :
This app has been removed from Google Play for violating the Google Play Developer Program Policies. We've sent more details to ...


in the mail i got this message:
It must be actively registered as the default Phone or Assistant handler on the device.

but i dont understand what i need to do ?

You have an app that intercepts messages/Calls? or access the phonebook?

yes my apps get the contacts and the call log for reading only

Now it is allowed only to Apps that are set up to make calls or assist those who are disabled.

Google sent an email and Erel spoke about it on this forum.

If the apps core functionality requires those permissions, then you can get them reinstated.
