Android Question Virus or no virus

I have recently updated one of may app Shopping list .
AVG FREE ANTIVIRUS IS showing an alert ...shopping list is classified as Potentially unwanted program
Tap 'uninstall to remove

Poblem is that you can not teach users how programs are made.
The app is currantly enbeding Leadbolt interstitial .
