Bug? Visual Designer WYSIWYG bug(?)

I've been experiencing a strange phenomena, while using the WYSIWYG feature, although it's status is Connected, it does not auto-update the designer changes.
I have to close the preview, and hit F2 to re-connect it.

Hard to say. If there a single instance of B4J open?

[EDIT] Seems you were right, multi instances block the auto-update...
Will be converting this to a Wish then
