Im a B4A newby and I would like to ask if there's a sample code wherein a the caller will hear the voice recorded message on the App? thanx

Not sure that I understand. Do you want to access the voice mail service from your app?

no, something like the one who will answer is the recorded mp3 from the phone

It is not possible in Android to access the audio channel during a call.
