Android Question VoiceRecognition - Google VR will be available free in the future?

Dear friends,

I am thinking about creating new app with voice recognition, but please for advice:
It is good step to choose google voice recognition or its better to choose another way? For example BING API, etc?

Now, it is possible to use VR and it cost - nothing, but what in the future? It looks that soon Google VR will be not available free, its true?

If Google VR will not be free - do you have experience with other free services than google VR?

I don't see any reason to think that Google internal voice recognition feature will not be free.

i am sure any cloud services get into pay, at least for business apps.
myself used the voice reg. from phone to input textboxes.
