Why doesn't the HttpJob->JobDone nor the Dialog.Show->Complete show up in the auto completion selections for Wait For ?

JobDone - This is a non-standard event signature. The reasons behind it being non-standard are related to limitations in the first versions of B4A.

Complete - This is also not a standard event and the compiler cannot know the expected signature.

Can the IDE be augmented in order to provide a complete list, based upon loaded libraries?

This is already the case.
The two events you asked about do not appear because they are special and not standard.

It has nothing to do with the loaded libraries.

I'm aware of the loaded libraries list as implemented, I'm referring to the 'special' ones that come with some of the loadable libraries. Can you add support to the IDE and library spec/definition to support the 'special' ones. Sorry if my statement was misleading, I meant inclusive of the 'special'.
