Android Question Want to know my application cache size and data size at runtime?

In my application, i want to know my application's cache size and data size when i start the application, and also if it is large then i want to delete them. How can i do this?

Which problem are you trying to solve? What do you mean with these sizes? The size of File.DirInternalCache?

I am working with mp4 video file which is in my ftp server. When i play video file in exoplayer, some times it does not start. But after that i clear all data from my phone setting->manage app->clear cache / clear data. and then i play video, it play perfectly. So i want to clear all cache and data of my app when i start app.

The problem is somewhere else.

You can go over the files in File.DirInternal and measure their sizes.

There is no such thing. Only you know where your app stores data.
