Android Question web socket with Android 9

Hi

my application, which has always worked properly, with Android 9 generates error with web sockets. see later.

has anyone had the same problem?

WebSocket Closed....: java.net.UnknownServiceException: CLEARTEXT communication to 178.236.163.142 not permitted by network security policy

Add this to you manifest

SetApplicationAttribute(android:usesCleartextTraffic,"true")
