Android Question Webcam, VLC and rtsp

I have a webcam, a PC, and a tablet on the same local network.
On my PC, I can view the webcam video in real time using a browser using VLC and the rtsp protocol (using Chrome).

rtsp://adminassword@192.168.1.50:554/Streaming/Channels/101

Now I'd like to do the same thing on my Android tablet.
How can I do it?
